Dears,
A new indicator is now available on the Extranet: Respect of the RTS date
Please find it in the menu info / indicators.
This report shows in % of lines, if the Ready to Ship (RTS) date announced in the confirmed order has been respected or not and to what extend (On time, 1 Week late, 2 to 4 Weeks late or more than 1 Month late).
On the top right you will find :
A "Read me", explaining the data this indicator is based on as well as an explanation of each field used.
A "How to", explaining how to navigate through this indicator, filters...
