Validation of priority and urgent orders

Dear All,

As of today, the users "MedCell " and "LogCell " who validate "priority" or "urgent" orders will justify the priority by providing comments in the Portal, and no longer by separate email to the emergency email address of MSF Supply. As such, the MSF Supply Operation Desk will be automatically notified.

For the users "Supply responsible mission", the comments provided at validation of a "priority" or "urgent" order will be mandatory.

The development is set up to simplify and trace the communication around these orders.
