Hello all,

We would like to inform you that modifications have been made on the Key performance indicators (KPIs) available in the info/indicators menu of the Extranet.

These KPIs have been now gathered as follows :  

 

Outbound Indicators

This is a consolidation of 5 different KPIs on one link that gives a global overview on the following topics:

  1. « Orders indicators » : situation of international orders

  2. « Transport indicators » : situation of international transport

  3. « Lead Time Indicators » : average time for processing orders lines

  4. « RTS respect » : respect of RTS commitment

  5. « Order validation calendar » : respect of chronograms  

 

Forecast Follow Up

This KPI allows to analyze the respect of the Forecasts by comparing order lines processed by MSF Supply.  

 

You will find for every KPI a link to a “Readme” document directly available on the page of the indicator, in order to help you understanding and correct use of the tool.
