Shortage of product E-plate electrolyte - code MSF ELAEELAT401 (-)

Dear All,
For more than 7 months, the vendor Axon Lab and the manufacturer Akray of the E-plate electrolyte code MSF ELAEELAT401 (-) have been struggling to deliver MSF orders related to this product.
This situation is explained by a failure of an instrument on the production site such that the batches fail to pass the quality test.
Today the manufacturing site in Japan has a global backorders of around 1 million with MSF Supply/OCB needs estimation is in average 25 000 units per year.
Consequently, the Lab Referents have found an alternative product on which we are working currently. We will communicate more details as soon as possible.
