Launch of Country Collaboration Platform and Introduction of New Country sheet
We are delighted to announce the launch of our new collaboration platforms on Teams, an initiative aimed at strengthening our partnership with missions and enhancing our operational efficiency. Concurrently, we are also introducing a new country sheet to facilitate the collection and updating of country-specific import specifications and constraints.
The setup of each platform will be done in collaboration with your Operations and Expedition desks. They will be the primary points of contact for coordinating of the platform rollouts.
These collaboration platforms represent a significant step forward in how we work together. Here are some of the benefits you can expect:
Order and Expeditions tracking meetings: We will now have the ability to hold regular meetings to discuss ongoing orders and expeditions in detail. This will allow us to identify potential challenges more quickly and propose tailored solutions. Additionally, we will be able to record meeting minutes, establish and track decisions made, as well as assigned tasks.
Tracking country-specific import specifications and constraints: Through this platform, we will be able to better understand the specificities and constraints of each mission, enabling us to adjust our processes to more accurately meet their particular requirements.
Setting common goals: We will also have the opportunity to collaborate in defining clear and measurable goals based on specific indicators. This will ensure better alignment of our activities and expected outcomes.
The collaboration platform encompasses all the elements previously contained in the SLA, but in a more flexible and adaptable format, allowing us to quickly integrate any operational changes.
In parallel with this initiative, we are also introducing our new country sheet, an essential tool for gathering and keeping up-to-date relevant information on the specificities and constraints of each country. These sheets will enable us to better understand each country and tailor our services accordingly.

We hope these new initiatives will strengthen our collaboration and contribute to an even stronger mission relationship. We look forward to beginning this new phase of our partnership and remain available for any questions or additional assistance.
