Dedicated and emergency stock

Description of the service

1. Objective

MSF-Supply offers to its partners the possibility of having a dedicated/emergency stock, managed by MSF-Supply that is available at all times and can be delivered quickly.

Definition:

Emergency stock: This is a stock reserved by and for a specific partner, requiring the agreement of that same specific partner to allow the use of this stock. The stock is made available within a maximum of 72 hours.

Dedicated stock: a stock of items or kits reserved to meet the needs of a specific project. The picking/packing and shipping of this stock will follow the regular flow of orders.

These stocks are automatically replenished.

At the customer's request, emergency or dedicated stock can be physically located outside of MSF-Supply's main warehouse. This service excludes any medical items or items with an expiration date/batch number.

2. Scope

This service excludes :

  • Management of the kits in donation.

  • Updrade of kits

  • Delocalised stock of medical items.

 

Use of the service

This service requires the signature of a stock agreement and will be subject to a maintenance fee. After the end of the initial period of this contract, the agreement will be tacitly extended by consecutive one-year periods. In case of termination of the agreement, the parties shall inform in writing at least 3 months before the end of the initial or extension period. The Partner shall make an annual payment of the storage fee defined in the agreement.
