How to… Filter data :

You can easily filter data by clicking into the various slicers. The data in the visuals (charts) will be instantly updated.

If the slicer’s content is a list, you have the possibility to use the search function to shortlist and select.

You can select multiple items in the slicers by holding the control key when you click on the items.

You can combine various filters, like selecting a country and a transport mode in two different slicers.

You can deselect a filtered data by clicking back on it.

How to… Show data per Year, Quarter or Month :

You can easily see the details per Quarter and Month by clicking on the '+' in the main table.

You can also use the drilling arrows in the top right corner of the visuals. You activate the drilling option by clicking on down arrow and then click on the data to go down into the aggregation levels. You drill up back by clicking on the up arrow.

How to… drill down into data in visuals :

In the same way as above, you can use the arrows on the top right corner of the visual when available to drill into the aggregation levels of data (from year to quarter, from quarter to months).

You activate the drilling option by clicking on down arrow and then click on the data to go down into the aggregation levels. You drill up back by clicking on the up arrow.

When ever you drill down into data in one visual, this will filter the other visuals as they are interconnected.
