A concise presentation of the freights created in a given year.

ETD and ETA stand respectively for Estimated Time of Departure (from MSF Supply’s warehouse) and Estimated Time of Arrival (at destination, i.e. dispatch address)

The invoiced weight is the weight taken into account to invoice the transport of the freight. The €/kg is based on the invoiced weight.

How to acknowledge receipt of a freight

In the column Confirmation date the freights that are awaiting for acknowledging receipt at destination (dispatch address) are marked as “Not confirmed”. In order to confirm, click on it and you will be redirected to another window, as shown below. Click on the red question mark in the column Date MRC (Mission Receipt Confirmation).

You will have a pop up where you can fill out the date, add your remarks and upload the log tags files, if any:

Acknowledging receipt will change the status of your order follow up, thus all the received goods will shift from “shipped” (or “at port”) to “delivered”. See this page for more information about the statuses follow up
