Standard lists can be modified at anytime, regardless of their status, - provided that they are either in the user's tasks or fully validated - by users supply responsible mission, administrator and Desk MSF Supply. For external clients only administrators and Desk MSF Supply can do so. Modifications will not change the validation status of a standard list.
Importing a new standard list into an exisiting existing one will sum up items and will not overwrite the latter.
