Technical orders... I check carefully codes to avoid or at least reduce the possibility of technical orders, yet there are still unavailable items. When I check the codes are available in the catalogue but are still split in a technical order...
Here is explained how it works with the technical orders. Articles that are split from your order and fall into technical orders may be:
orange codes, thus available in the catalogue but restricted (you must have them in a valid standard list)
grey codes, thus unavailable codes appearing in the catalogue
unknown code
known code but unavailable at MSF Supply because the are some supply issues or simply work to be done
without code
Sometimes the description of the code being managed as technical order may contain some useful information as to the reason of unavailability or even a suggested replacement. Please keep an eye on the technical lines (appearing as “NC”)
