Technical orders... I check carefully codes to avoid or at least reduce the possibility of technical orders, yet there are still unavailable items. When I check the codes are available in the catalogue but are still split in a technical order...

Here is explained how it works with the technical orders. Articles that are split from your order and fall into technical orders may be:

• orange codes, thus available in the catalogue but restricted (you must have them in a valid standard list)

• grey codes, thus unavailable codes appearing in the catalogue

• unknown code

• known code but unavailable at MSF Supply because the are some supply issues or simply work to be done

• without code
