RTS dates are sometimes exact and sometimes estimated: is it possible to have information on the accuracy of an RTS date?

All RTS are estimated dates. It is difficult for MSF to propose 100% accurate dates because some suppliers (around 20% currently) are not able to provide precise delivery dates.
