High level of activity in MSF Supply

Dear All,

We would like to alert you about our exceptionally high level of activity, which has been ongoing for several months, mainly due to numerous ongoing emergencies and end-of-the year orders. This situation has led to a significant number of stock shortages, particularly in the D group (drugs).

Despite all our efforts, the continued high level of activity is making it difficult to resolve these shortages quickly. We therefore want to inform you that future regular mission orders may be affected.

We are doing everything we can to improve the situation, including reinforcing our teams and setting up a task force with OCB to identify solutions and minimize the negative impact on deliveries.

Beyond stock shortages, order processing and shipments could also be impacted in the coming weeks, though this is not yet the case.

We will keep you regularly updated on current shortages and available alternatives. We also encourage you to contact your respective desks for more information on your orders and shipments if needed.
