If you have the rights to do it, you can create and launch the validation of a standard list:

You have got two ways of compiling your list: importing a csv file and add items manually

If you import your list, Standard list template.csv is a sample of csv file that you can use for uploading your items.

After uploading a csv file, the Portal may ask you to choose versions. It may also highlight unrecognised items which won't be added to your standard list (only users administrator can do so by forcing import of unknown items):

Once you click on 'next' the Portal will report the final results. If any, unrecognised items can be extracted in an Excel file.

However you can still add unknown items to your standard list, and by doing so ask MSF Supply to find the item or offer an alternative:

User administrator can also import lists of unknown items by "forcing" the importation of csv file.

Unknown codes in your standard lists will be labelled with a star (such codes are also commonly referred as 'star codes') and highlighted in purple:

Once the list is ready there is no need to save it and you may launch the validation as follow:

  • No labels
