Email notifications

Every validation (order, standard list, forecast) triggers an email notification to the user in charge of the following decision, with the exception of the final validation by the Desk MSF Supply which is notified to either all the SRM with rights on the document. For orders at cell level the final validation is notified to the Log/MedCell with rights on the document.

Here below an example of notificaiton flow.

Every rejection is notifed to the user who first validated the document and sends that back to the same user as well as to all SRM (order at mission level) or all the Log/MedCell (order at cell level) with rights on the document.
