A forecast is based on a standard list, therefore you can forecast only articles that are included in a standard list (either a list for the same project of the forecast or a list at mission level) and that are included in the Portal catalogue, i.e. no unknown item or star codes.
For Emergency pools and some clients the forecast module is used to draft scenarios, thus each forecast can be considered a list and quantity of items that may be used in a specific intervention (earthquake scenario, cholera, Ebola, etc.).
