You have got two ways of compiling your list: importing a csv or xlsx (Excel) file and add items manually
If you import your list, Standard list template.csv is a sample of csv file that you can use for uploading your items.

After uploading a csv file, the Portal may ask you to choose versions. It may also highlight unrecognised items which won't be added to your standard list (only users administrator can do so by forcing import of unknown items):

Once you click on 'next' the Portal will report the final results. If any, unrecognised items can be extracted in an Excel file.

However you can still add unknown items to your standard list, and by doing so ask MSF Supply to find the item or offer an alternative:
