MSF Supply works with versions, meaning that the same item may be available in different packaging (Paracetamol in box of 100 or 1000), technical specification (Laptop with keyboard AZERTY or QWERTY), and so on.

Versions of items included in a valid standard list are automatically chosen upon upload of order lines into a purchase order. If an ordered item with multiple versions is not in a standard list, then the Portal will ask you to choose the version.

The catalogue is available in both English and French, and displayed according to the used language once logged into the Portal. Furthermore, the same code - in catalogue, order, standard list  or forecast - will show descriptions in English or French according to user's language in the Portal.
