How to… Filter data :
You can easily fitler data by clicking into the various slicers available. The data in the visuals will be instantly updated.
If the slicer content is a list, you have the possibility de use the filter area to shortlist and select.
You can select multiple items in the slicers by holding the control key when you click on the items.
You can cumulate various filter, like selecting a country and a transport mode in two different slicers.
How to… Show data per Year, Quarter or Month :
You can easily see the details per Quarter and Month by clicking on the '+' in the main table.
You can also use the drilling arrows in the top right corner of the visuals. You activate the drilling option by clicking on down arrow and then click on the data to go down into the agregation levels. You drill up back by clicking on the up arrow.
How to… drill down into data in visuals :
By the same way as above, you can use the arrows on the top right corner of the visual when available to drill into the agregation levels of data (from year to quarter, from quarter to months).
You activate the drilling option by clicking on down arrow and then click on the data to go down into the agregation levels. You drill up back by clicking on the up arrow.
When ever you drill down into data in one visual, this will filter the other visuals as they are interconnected.
